Info For Tenants
*IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE EMAILING OR CONTACTING US FOR WATER LEAK, TOILET LEAKING, HEAT OUTAGE, OR FLOODING YOU NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE AND EMERGENCY NUMBER UNTIL YOU CONTACT SOMEONE AND THEY COME TO YOUR APARTMENT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. CALLING ONCE AND LEAVING A MESSAGE DOES NOT ELIMINATE YOUR LIABILTY FOR DAMAGES TO YOUR APARTMENT PER THE LEASE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CALL UNTIL A PERSON RESPONDS TO YOUR LOCATION UNTIL THE REPAIR IS CORRECTED OR FIXED.
UPON COMPLETION OF THIS FORM TENANTS ARE AUTHORIZING BIG TEN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC AND OR IT’S AGENTS AND OR IT’S CONTRACTORS TO ENTER YOUR RENTAL IMMEDIATLEY TO COMPLETE WORK/REPAIR REQUESTED BY TENANT UNTIL WORK IS COMPLETED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
IT IS OUR GOAL TO MAKE ALL REPAIRS TO UNITS WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER IT IS REPORTED TO OUR OFFICE AND DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS “PART PENDING”. WE HOPE THAT WE CAN MEET THIS STANDARD FOR ALL REPAIRS AND KEEP THINGS RUNNING SMOOTHLY FOR ALL OF OUR TENANTS.
*An Emergency Call is limited to Heat Outage, Electrical Outage, No Water or a Sewer Back Up (meaning sewage is backing up into the tub or sink). If you call the emergency number and it is not an emergency or for any other issue during regular business hours or after hours you will be billed for the call. So please keep this in mind and direct all of your non-emergency maintenance items through the website using the maintenance request form only under the maintenance section.
