*An Emergency Call is limited to Heat Outage, Electrical Outage, No Water or a Sewer Back Up (meaning sewage is backing up into the tub or sink). If you call the emergency number and it is not an emergency or for any other issue during regular business hours or after hours you will be billed $70 per hour during regular business hours (8am -5pm) and $90 per hour after hours (5pm or later) or nights and weekends.
