APPLICATION FOR TENANCY
Big Ten Property Management LLC collects as many applications as possible. We do not rent to anyone based on the order in which applications are received nor on the appearance, age, race, color, religion or familial status of the applicant. We make decisions based on the residential history of each applicant and rent to the applicant with the best references, credit history, and/or co-signors. Ifthe application is not filled out in its entirety it may be rejected on that basis. Each adult living in one of our units must complete an Application and be approved prior to taking occupancy. A photo l.D. is required. A $25.00 non-refundable administrative processing fee must be attached with each application in order to be considered. Completion of an Application and payment of the fee does not guarantee the Applicant a rental. Rentals are based on approval and availability. Availability subject to change without notice.

No persons other than those specifically named on the Lease Agreement will be permitted to occupy the dwelling without consent of Landlord. Acceptance of this Application by the Landlord shall not constitute a completed agreement to rent the premises. Both parties must sign a formal written Lease Agreement. I declare that the statements above are true and correct. I hereby authorize Big Ten Property Management LLC to verify references listed and to obtain a credit report.
I further understand that I will be required to place a security deposit with this Application or when a Lease is signed. The security deposit may not be applied to rent for any month.
I authorize information be checked for verification by all available means; to include credit reporting agencies, public records, current/previous renal property owners, employers, and personal references. If my answers are found to be incorrect, and Rental Agreement may become void and will be sufficient reason for eviction and loss of Security Deposit.
